Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. HOT/COLD STONE MASSAGE
A stone massage is a massage that uses smooth, flat, and heated rocks placed at key points on the body. The stone massage is a form of alternative medicine massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of several heated or cooled stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy. There are a many variations and techniques used in the application of stone massage therapy, deriving from a variety of traditional practices. Includes hot towel for comfort and relaxation.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE MASSAGE
Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release is a manual therapy technique often used in massage. The technique focuses on pain believed to arise from Myofascial tissues — the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles. Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. Includes hot towel for comfort and relaxation. Fascia blasting tool optional.

CUPPING MASSAGE
Cupping is a practice used in traditional medicine in several parts of the world, including China and the Middle East. It involves creating suction on the skin using a glass, ceramic, bamboo, or plastic cup. Negative pressure is created in the cup either by applying a flame to the cup to remove oxygen before placing it on the skin or by attaching a suction device to the cup after it is placed on the skin. This technique increases circulation and reduces pain and discomfort from restricted muscle fibers. Includes hot towel for comfort and relaxation.
